  • Where you have provided written consent for information to be shared

Clinical records

Session notes and clinical records are maintained in accordance with HPCSA requirements. Records are retained for a minimum of six years from the date of the last session, or in the case of minors, until six years after the client reaches the age of majority (18).

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site, general location by region). This data does not identify individual users. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. This website is served over HTTPS. Clinical records are stored securely.
