Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®) are a series of simple movements designed to help the body naturally release deep muscular tension and stress. These exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that helps calm the nervous system and release stored physical and emotional tension.
